Rajma Galouti Kebab Recipe
Rajma Galouti Kebab is melt in mouth kebab that is packed with flavors. This kebab is packed with proteins and nutrients. You can serve this kebab as a snack or as an appetizer in parties. Try this recipe.
Ingredients
- oilfor deep-frying
- 3/4 cupsliced onions
- 2 tbspghee
- 2 tbspfinely chopped ginger (adrak)
- 1 1/2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 cuppaneer, grated
- 1/2 cupsoaked , boiled and lightly mashed rajma/kidney beans
- 3/4 cupboiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
- 1 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
- saltto taste
- 1/2 tspgaram masala
- 1 tbspoil
Directions
- Heat the oil in a kadhai on a medium flame and deep-fry the onions till they are golden brown and drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add ginger and green chilies and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add paneer, mashed rajma, mashed potato, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala, mix it well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into flat, round kebab.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai on a medium flame and deep-fry the kebab till golden brown in color from both sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve it with fresh salad and sauce.
Kidney beans/Rajma are a good source of protein, vitamin B1, phosphorus, iron, copper, magnesium, and potassium.
