Add butter to the batter, mix it and do not over-mix the batter and keep it aside for about 10 minutes. Heat the skillet on medium flame and grease the skillet with butter and when the skillet is moderately hot pour about ¼ cup of batter. Cook until bubbles appear on the face of the pancake and carefully flip the pancake and cook until its golden brown in color.   • 1 CupAll Purpose Flour
  • 2 TeaspoonSugar

  • 2 TablespoonsButter for cooking
  • For Strawberry Sauce
