Indian Style Maggi Masala Noodles Recipe
Maggi Masala Noodles is a popular Indian dish. It is so easy to prepare and also taste good. This noodle is spicy, tasty, healthy and nutritious. Let’s follow this simple recipe.
Ingredients
- 2Maggi Noodles Packets( Easily available in the market)
- 1 tbspOil
- 1/2 tspCumin Seeds/Jeera
- 1/2 tspMustard Seeds/Rai
- 1Large Onion
- 2-3Green Chili
- 1Large tomoto
- 1Large Potato [optional]
- 1/2 tspRed Chili Powder
- 1/2 tspCoriander Seeds Powder
- 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
- 1/4 tspGaram Masala Powder
- 2 tbspChopped Coriander Leaves
- Saltto taste
- as per tastemaggi masala seasoning sachet
Directions
- Peel and slice the onion, peel and dice the potato, chop the tomato, green chili and coriander leaves and keep it aside.
- In a pan or wok heat oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and allow to crack.
- Add onion, green chilies and fry until onion becomes soft and golden brown.
- Add potato and fry until potato gets soft and golden brown and if you want to add any other vegetables like( carrots, beans, peas) then finely chop it and add now.
- Add tomato, stir and add maggi masala seasoning and mix it well.
- Cover with the lid and cook until tomato gets mashed well and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Add 1/2 cup water and red chili powder, coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, a pinch of salt, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add 4 cups of water and bring it to boil, add maggi noodles, mix it gently, cover with a lid and cook for a minute.

- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve it hot and enjoy.
