Ingredients

  • 1Apple
  • 1Carrot
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1-2 tbspSugar (Optional)
  • A smallGinger piece

Directions

  • Wash the carrots and peel off the skin of the carrots and wash the apples and chop the carrots and apple roughly.
  • In a blender add the chopped carrots and apple along with a small piece of ginger and a add little water and blend until smooth.
