Spring Onion and Olive Thin Crust Pizza Recipe

Spring Onion and Olive Thin Crust Pizza is rich and a mouthful treat. Every bite of this pizza offers a blast of flavors. Prepare this pizza at your home and make your kids happy with delicious, tasty pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 cupchopped spring onion whites and greens
- 2 tbspsliced black olives( easily available in the market)
- 2thin crust pizza base (7”each)
- 1 tbspchopped garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tspdry red chili flakes (paprika)
- saltto taste
- 1/2 cuppizza sauce( easily available in the market)
- 1/2 cupgrated processed cheese
For thin crust pizza base
- 1 1/2 cupsplain flour (maida)
- 1 tspdry yeast
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspsugar
- saltto taste
- plain flour(maida) for rolling
Directions
For thin crust pizza Base
- In a bowl add 2 tbsp of lukewarm water and dry yeast and mix it well and cover with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl add plain flour, yeast-water mixture, olive oil, sugar and salt and knead into a soft dough by using enough water.
- Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 1 hour and press the dough lightly to remove the air and divide the dough into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a 175 mm. (7”) diameter circle with the help of plain flour and prick each circle evenly using a fork.
- Place the base(circle) on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 5 minutes and remove from the oven and keep it aside for later use.
How to Proceed
- In a bowl add spring onions, garlic, chili flakes and salt in a deep bowl and mix it well and keep it aside.
- Put the pizza base on a clean, dry surface and put ¼ cup of pizza sauce and spread it evenly.
- Put half the spring onion mixture and spread it evenly and sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese and 1 tbsp of olives evenly over it.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes or bake until the pizza turns crisp and the cheese melts.
