Soft Orange Raisin Muffins Recipe

Orange Raisin Muffins has the tangy flavor with light orange color. These muffins are soft, moist, tasty. If you are a muffin lover then this is the perfect recipe for you. Sweet, sour scrumptious great snack with tea and coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 cupplain flour (maida)
- 1/4 tspbaking soda
- 1/2 cupbutter
- 1 tbsporange squash(easily available in the market)
- 1 tspgrated orange rind (optional)
- 1/3 cupcastor sugar
- 1/2 cupcondensed milk
- 1/4 cupraisins (kismis)
- 1/3 cupcream
- 1/2 tspbutter for greasing
Directions
- In a bowl sieve the flour, baking soda and keep it aside.
- In a bowl whisk the butter, orange squash, orange rind and sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy
- Add the condensed milk, raisins, cream and flour and mix it well.
- Grease the muffin mold with butter and pour the mixture into the greased muffin molds.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a muffin comes out clean and cool slightly and un- mold it and serve it.
