Tasty and Yummy Pineapple Ladoo Recipe

This Ladoo has a nice fruity punch of pineapple. You can prepare this Ladoo anytime in the day whenever you want to have some sweets. This dish can be prepared very easily at your home with available ingredients. Let’s follow this yummy and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cupsPineapple, cubes
- 1 cupDesiccated Coconut Powder
- 1Milk Powder
- 3/4 cupCaster Sugar
- 1 teaspoonGhee
- 1/4 teaspoonCardamom Powder
- 10-12nuts, chopped for garnishing
Directions
- In a blender, add the pineapple and blend to smooth puree and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add the blended pineapple puree and fry for a minute on a low flame
- Then, add desiccated coconut and sugar, mix it nicely and cook this mixture for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add milk powder and cardamom powder and mix it nicely and when the mixture starts getting thick, switch off flame.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep it aside to cool and once the mixture.
- Apply a little oil in your palm and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round laddoo.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want to.
