Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated soya chunks for 2 min and once done take it out on a plate. In a pan with oil add chopped onions and chili oil and fry till they turn light brown in color. Add the ginger garlic paste, saute for 2-3 min and then add the fried soya chunks, I tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, salt, and capsicum.   • 5 tablespoonRefined oil

Directions
