Chili Soya bean Nuggets Recipe
Chili Soya in an Indo- Chinese vegetarian recipe. It is prepared with soya-bean. Soya bean is a good source of protein. Let’s learn how to make this Chili Soya-bean Nuggets recipe.
Ingredients
- 100 gramsSoya bean nuggets (1 ounce)
- 2Onions (finely chopped)2 tablespoonOnion paste
- 2 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
- 1Capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tablespoonSoya sauce
- 2 tablespoonChili Sauce
- 2 tablespoonTomato sauce
- 1 tablespoonWhite vinegar
- 4-5Green chili diced
- 1 tablespoonSalt
- 5 tablespoonRefined oil
Directions
- Boil the soya bean nuggets for 10 minutes and then squeeze the excess water and keep it separately.
- In a bowl add onion paste, 1 tablespoon of ginger- garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of soya sauce1 tsp tomato sauce,1 tsp chili sauce and vinegar, and soya-bean and marinate for 1 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated soya chunks for 2 min and once done take it out on a plate.
- In a pan with oil add chopped onions and chili oil and fry till they turn light brown in color.
- Add the ginger garlic paste, saute for 2-3 min and then add the fried soya chunks, I tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, salt, and capsicum.
- Mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook on low flame for 10 min.
- Garnish with green chilies and serve hot with fried rice.
