Healthy Lemon Coriander Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tspoil
- 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped carrots
- 3 cupsbasic vegetable stock/water
- saltto taste
- 2 tspcornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Directions
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the garlic and green chilies and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and add the cabbage and carrots and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable stock, lemon juice, salt, and cornflour-water mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add the coriander and mix it nicely.
- Serve it hot.
