Tasty Sweet Corn Kebab Recipe
Sweet Corn Kebab is a delicious and wholesome kebab recipe. A tongue thrilling experience for vegetarians. Especially when deep fried it gives a crispy texture from outside and Soft from inside. Let’s follow this tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupsweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
- 2chopped green chilies
- 3 tsprice flour (chawal ka atta)
- saltto taste
Other Ingredients
- oilfor deep frying
Directions
- Blend the corn in a mixer, without using any water, to get a coarse paste and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add the blended corn, capsicum, green chilies, rice flour, and salt and mix it well.
- Divide the corn mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round kebab shape.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the kebab till they turn golden brown in color and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve this tasty kebab with any chutney of your choice and enjoy this wholesome snack with your family and friends.
