Heat mustard oil in a non-stick wok, add black cardamoms, bay leaves, black peppercorns and asafoetida and saute until fragrant. Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and saute till garlic is lightly browned. Add chopped onions and saute for a minute and cut green chilies into 2 and add to the wok. Finely chop the tomatoes, add to the wok and saute till the tomatoes are pulpy. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, powdered chicken stock cubes, garam masala powder and salt and mix it well. Add chicken mince and mix it well and cook for 10 minutes and stir continuously. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix it well and switch off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl and serve it hot with egg paratha.   • 1/2 kilogramChicken Mince mince
  • 3 largeOnion
  • 3 tablespoonsMustard oil
  • 4Black cardamoms
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoonBlack peppercorns
  • A pinchAsafoetida
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonGinger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoonGarlic finely chopped
  • 3Green chilies
  • 3 largeRed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoonKashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander powder
