Durga Puja Special Baked Mishti Doi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cupthick curd (dahi)
- 3/4 cupfresh cream
- 3/4 cupcondensed milk
Directions
- In a bowl, add thick curd, fresh cream, condensed milk and mix it nicely with the help of hand blender.
- Pour equal quantities of the curd mixture into an individual oven safe bowls and take an aluminum tray, fill it with 1 cup of water and place the mold on it at equal intervals.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes and once baked, remove it from the oven and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then serve it.
