Tasty Paneer Lababdar Recipe

Protein rich, low-fat, soft and silky paneer cubes cooked in tangy and spicy gravy which makes a delicious paneer lababdar. Anything cooked at home is delicious and healthy. Prepare this curry in your kitchen and enjoy with you are family members.
Ingredients
- 1 cuplow-fat paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- 1 tspoil
- 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tsproasted and crushed coriander (dhania) seeds
- 3whole dry Kashmiri red chilies, coarsely powdered
- 1/2 tspdried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tspginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
- 1 1/2 cupschopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/4 tspcorn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
- 1/4 tspgaram masala
- saltto taste
For The Garnish
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
Directions
- Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, coarsely powdered dry kashmiri red chilies, dried fenugreek leaves, onions and ginger-garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the onions turn slightly brown in color.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and 4 tbsp of water and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and allow it to cool slightly and then blend it to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste into a deep non-stick pan, add cornflour-milk mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add paneer, garam masala, and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with parathas.
