Ingredients

  • 3 cupsfried noodles( first boil the noodles and then fry it in the hot oil)
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped spring onions whites and greens
  • 1/2 cupthinly sliced capsicum
  • 1/2 cupcarrot juliennes
  • 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cupschezwan sauce( easily available in the market)
  • 1/4 cuptomato ketchup
  • To tasteSalt

For The Garnish
