Crispy Chinese Bhel Recipe
Chinese Bhel is an interesting, amazing Indo- Chinese dish. It is quick, easy, and extremely delicious snack. Munch on this crispy bhel when you are waiting for the main course. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsfried noodles( first boil the noodles and then fry it in the hot oil)
- 1 tbspOil
- 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped spring onions whites and greens
- 1/2 cupthinly sliced capsicum
- 1/2 cupcarrot juliennes
- 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
- 1/4 cupschezwan sauce( easily available in the market)
- 1/4 cuptomato ketchup
- To tasteSalt
For The Garnish
- 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onion whites and greens
Directions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan or a wok, add the garlic and saute on a high flame for a few seconds.
- Add spring onions whites and greens, capsicum, carrots, and cabbage and saute on a high flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and salt, mix it well and cook on a high flame for a few seconds.
- Remove from the flame and transfer it into a deep bowl and add the fried noodles and toss it well.
- Garnish with spring onion whites and greens and serve it.
