Cranberry Punch Recipe
Cranberry Punch is a mocktail drink made using cranberry juice and tea decoction. This refreshing punch is perfect for hot summer and serves it chill. Try out this fruity drink.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cuptea decoction(see the note below)
- 5 tsplemon juice
- 5 cupscranberry juice
- 1-1/2 cupscrushed ice
For The Garnish
- 10 to 15chopped mint leaves (pudina) leaves
- 4 to 5sweet lime wedges
Directions
- In a bowl pour decoction, lemon juice, and cranberry and mix it using a ladle and keep it aside.
- Place crushed ice in a pitcher( long jar) and add mint leaves and sweet lime wedges and mix it well.
- Pour the juice into the serving glasses and stir using a strainer and serve chill.
Notes
- To make ½ cup tea decoction, combine 1 cup of water with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp tea leaves and bring to a boil and let it cool for 15-20 minutes and strain and use in this recipe.
Cranberries are a good source of vitamin C, which aids in the absorption of iron and is required in the body to form collagen in bones, muscles, blood vessels.
