Oats Egg Omelette Recipe
Oats Egg Omelette is one of the quick and healthy omelette recipes for breakfast. This oats omelette is easy and can be made in a jiffy without any planning and are healthy as well. Let’s follow this easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupoatmeal flour
- 2eggs
- 1onion, finely chopped
- 1tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2small capsicum, finely chopped
- 1green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoonred chili powder
- 3-4 tablespoonsmilk
- 2 teaspoonoil
- saltto taste
Directions
- In a bowl add egg, oatmeal, chopped onions, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, green chili, red powder, milk, and salt and whisk all the together ingredients to a normal omelette consistency.
- Heat a pan, brush a little oil and pour half of the omelette mixture onto the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the base is cooked.
- Flip the omelette and let it cook for another few minutes.
- Serve the yummy Oats Omlette for breakfast along with Kiwi Smoothie.
Oats are a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals and so include oats in your diet.
Eggs are a good source of protein, vitamin B2, selenium, vitamin D, minerals.
