Healthy and Tasty Ragi Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cupragi (nachni / red millet/Finger millet) flour
- 6 tbspghee
- 5 tbsppowdered sugar
- 1/4 tspcardamom (elaichi) powder
Directions
- Heat the ghee in a broad, non-stick pan, add the ragi flour and cook on a low flame for 4 to 5 minutes or cook till it turns golden brown in color and stir continuously.
- Once done, switch off the flame add the sugar and mix it well and add the cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased plate, spread it evenly and keep aside to cool completely for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then keep at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Scrape the Ladoo mixture by using a spoon and divide it into equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball.
- Serve it or store in an airtight container and enjoy it whenever you want.
