Healthy Lemony Chicken Pasta Recipe
Lemony Chicken Pasta is a basic pasta recipe made with fresh lemon juice and chicken pieces. This dish is very easy to make on a busy day as it does not take much time. This dish is one dish which is healthy and wholesome meal without much effort.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsPasta cooked
- 1 cupBoneless chicken cooked
- 2 teaspoonsOlive oil
- 1 teaspoonLemon juice
- 1 teaspoonRed chilies crushed(flakes)
- 8-10Garlic cloves chopped
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonParmesan cheese powder
- 2 tablespoonsFresh cream
- for garnishingParsley sprigs
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan and add chopped garlic and saute.
- Add crushed red chilies and mix it well and add chicken and saute on a high flame for 1 -2 minute.
- Add salt and pasta and toss it well and reduce the flame and add fresh cream and some salt if needed.
- Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and lemon juice and Parmesan cheese and mix it well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chili flakes and a sprig of parsley.
- Serve it hot.
