Vanilla Pudding with Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Vanilla Pudding with Chocolate Sauce is a simple, traditional pudding with the pleasant flavor of vanilla pudding transforms into a mouth-watering dessert when topped with fresh chocolate sauce. Serve this fabulous pudding chill and relish the texture and taste.
Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cupsmilk
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 2 tbspgelatin powder
- 1 tspvanilla essence
For Serving
- chocolateSauce
Directions
- In a deep nonstick pan pour milk and sugar and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
- In a bowl add gelatin powder and 8 tbsp of warm water and keep mixing it.
- Add the gelatin-water mixture gradually into the milk-sugar mixture, mix using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir continuously.
- Strain the mixture using a sieve and pour this in a bowl and add the vanilla essence and mix it well.
- Pour into an aluminum pudding mold and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours.
- Just before serving, de-mold the pudding and serve it with some chocolate sauce.
- Serve it chill.
