Stir-Fry Baby Corn Recipe
Stir-fry Baby Corn is one of my favorite Indo-Chinese recipes. This dish is crispy, crunchy, and a dry version of baby corn. Excellent as a starter or as a snack. Today let us learn how to make Stir-fry Baby Corn following this easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 200 gm(2 packets) baby corn, sliced into 2 lengthwise
- 1green chili, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 tspfinely chopped ginger
- 1-1/2 tspfinely chopped garlic
- 1 tspsoy sauce
- 2 tsptomato chili sauce
- 1 tspcornflour
- a fewred and green capsicum slices
- 1 tspoil
- saltand black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add soya sauce, tomato-chili sauce, cornflour, and 2 tablespoons of water mix it well and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in non-stick pan, add baby corn and fry on a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add green chili, ginger, and garlic, and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour and sauce mixture and mix it well over a high flame till the sauce coats well with the baby corn.
- Add capsicum and add salt and pepper and toss it well.
- Serve it hot.
