Easy Roasted Tomato Garlic Raita Recipe
Roasted Tomato Garlic Raita is an Indian raita recipe and is a perfect accompaniment to any meal. This raita is best served with biryani or pulao. A delicious raita recipe. It is an easy and quick recipe to prepare at home.
Ingredients
- 1 cupThick Yogurt (You could use even Greek yogurt)
- 2 tspOil
- 1 cupTomato chopped finely
- 1Green chili Finely Chopped
- ½ tspGround cumin
- 1 tspSalt
- 2Garlic Minced
- 4Garlic sliced thin
- ¼ tspRed chili flakes garnish
- 1 tbspFresh cilantro finely Chopped
Directions
- Take a small pan; add the oil and sliced garlic and roast till golden and keep it aside.
- In a pan add the chopped tomatoes and minced garlic and salt and saute well and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add yogurt and the sauteed tomatoes and cumin powder and mix it well.
- Garnish with red chili flakes, sliced garlic, and coriander leaves.
- Serve it.
