Easy Dry Fruits Ice Gola Recipe
Dry Fruits Ice Gola is a popular Indian dessert recipe. It is prepared with ice and flavored syrup and rabri, this delicious dessert is a must after your meal. Try out this easy and instant recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsmilk
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 3/4 cupgrated mawa (khoya)
Other Ingredients
- 8 cupsice cubes
- 6 tbsppineapple syrup (readily available in the market)
- 4 tbsprose syrup (readily available in the market)
- 4 tbspmixed fruit syrup (readily available in the market)
- 4 tbspkala khatta\ blue berry syrup (readily available in the market)
- 4 tbspkacchi kairi\ raw mango syrup (readily available in the market)
- 15-20chopped mixed nuts (cashew nuts , raisins , pistachio etc.)
- 6 tbspgrated mawa (khoya)
Directions
For the rabri
- Boil the milk in a deep pan, add sugar and cook till it reduces to half its quantity and stir continuously.
- Add mawa, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes and stir continuously and keep it aside to cool and keep it refrigerated.
How to proceed
- Place 2 cups of ice cubes in an ice-crushing machine (refer the tips) and crush till fine.
- Place the crushed ice in a bowl, press it and un-mold on a serving plate.
- Pour 1½ tbsp of pineapple syrup evenly over it.
- Pour ½ cup of rabri and sprinkle 1½ tbsp of mawa evenly over it
- Pour 1 tbsp each of rose syrup, orange syrup, kala khatta syrup and kacchi kairi syrup evenly over it.
- Sprinkle 1½ tbsp of nuts evenly over it and serve it chill.
Tips
- If you don’t have an ice-crushing machine then lay out a clean towel and cover half of it with ice-cracked ice pieces and fold the other half of the cloth over it, and then crush the ice coarsely using a rolling pin.
