Refreshing Sharjah Shake Recipe
Sharjah Shake is a popular banana milkshake recipe of Kerala. This milkshake gives a great relief from the scorching heat. It is a refreshing and tasty milkshake recipe and a perfect drink for kids.
Ingredients
- 1Banana ripe
- 3-4Cashew nuts or Almonds
- 1 tablespoonBournvita or Maltova (you can use any malt powder of choice)
- 2 cupsMilk chilled
- 1 scoopVanilla ice cream, optional
- Sugaras required
Directions
- First, chop the bananas into pieces and also chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
- In a blender add chopped banana pieces, 3 to 4 almonds or cashew nuts, bournvita and blend it.
- Add 2 cups of frozen milk and add sugar if necessary as chocolate malt( bournvita) contains some sugar, so if you prefer more sugar to your milkshake, you can add sugar.
- Add vanilla ice cream if you are adding and then blend everything well until smooth.
- Pour the Sharjah shake into a serving glass and relish the drink.
