Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 5min Ingredients: To Be Mixed Into A Marinate 1/2 cupthick curd (dahi),1 tspchili powder,1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi),1 tspginger (adrak) garlic (lehsun) paste,1/2 tspbesan (bengal gram flour),3/4 tspchaat masala,1/2 tspdried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi),3/4 tspgaram masala,saltto taste, For The Paneer Tikka Filling 1 cuppaneer (cottage cheese) cubes,1/2 cuponion cubes,1/2 cupcapsicum cubes,1 tbspoil for greasing and cooking, For the Roti 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta),saltto taste,1-1/2 tbspoil,wholewheat flour for rolling, Other Ingredients 1 cuponion rings,chaat masalato taste, Instructions: For the paneer Tikka In a bowl add chili powder, turmeric powder, curd, besan, ginger-garlic paste, kasoori methi, chaat masala, salt, and garam masala and mix it nicely. In a bowl add paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and the curd mixture and toss gently and keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle), grease it with oil and cook the paneer- capsicum marinates on a medium flame for 2 minutes and keep it aside. For the Roti In a bowl add flour, salt and 1 tbsp of oil and knead into a soft dough using enough water and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Knead again using remaining ½ tbsp of oil till it is smooth and elastic. Divide into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion of the dough into a thin circle of 250 mm. (10”) diameter by using a little flour. Heat a wok/wide iron kadhai upside down on a high flame and when hot, place the roti gently over the wok/kadhai ensuring that no creases form on the surface. Cook it till small blisters appear on the surface and turn over the roti and cook for few more sec and keep it aside. How to proceed In a bowl add onions rings with chaat masala and mix it well and keep it aside. Place a roti on a clean dry surface and put a1/4th portion of the marinated paneer on each roti. Arrange ¼ cup of onion slices over it and roll it up tightly. Serve it with any sauce of your choice. Ingredients

To Be Mixed Into A Marinate

  • 1/2 cupthick curd (dahi)
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tspginger (adrak) garlic (lehsun) paste
  • 1/2 tspbesan (bengal gram flour)
  • 3/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspdried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
  • 3/4 tspgaram masala
  • saltto taste

For The Paneer Tikka Filling

  • 1 cuppaneer (cottage cheese) cubes
  • 1/2 cuponion cubes
  • 1/2 cupcapsicum cubes
  • 1 tbspoil for greasing and cooking

For the Roti

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • saltto taste
  • 1-1/2 tbspoil
  • wholewheat flour for rolling

Other Ingredients

  • 1 cuponion rings
  • chaat masalato taste

Directions

For the paneer Tikka

  • In a bowl add chili powder, turmeric powder, curd, besan, ginger-garlic paste, kasoori methi, chaat masala, salt, and garam masala and mix it nicely.
  • In a bowl add paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and the curd mixture and toss gently and keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle), grease it with oil and cook the paneer- capsicum marinates on a medium flame for 2 minutes and keep it aside.

  • Heat a wok/wide iron kadhai upside down on a high flame and when hot, place the roti gently over the wok/kadhai ensuring that no creases form on the surface.
  • Cook it till small blisters appear on the surface and turn over the roti and cook for few more sec and keep it aside.

How to proceed

  • In a bowl add onions rings with chaat masala and mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Place a roti on a clean dry surface and put a1/4th portion of the marinated paneer on each roti.
  • Arrange ¼ cup of onion slices over it and roll it up tightly.
  • Serve it with any sauce of your choice.

When you make this scrumptious and yummy Paneer Kathi rolls eat them right away or they may get soggy and lose its taste.
