How To Proceed Slit the bhindi and stuff the prepared spice mix powder in it and keep the stuffed bhindi aside. Heat oil in kadhai and cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion, and curry leaves and wait and saute onions and green chili till they shrink in size. Add the stuffed bhindi into the kadhai and also add the leftover masala over the bhindi and give a gentle mix. Cover with the lid and cook for 3 minutes on a low flame.
