Ingredients

  • 500 gmchopped mutton
  • 4cardamom
  • 1/2 inchCinnamon stick
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonpowdered aniseed
  • 2salt
  • 400 gmyogurt (curd)
  • 2clove
  • 1/3 teaspoondried ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoonMint Leaves

Directions

  • Pressure cook the mutton with 1 1/2 cups of water and a pinch of salt for 20 to 30 minutes or until the mutton is 3/4ths cooked and do not discard the water, reserve the water and keep the mutton pieces aside.
