Tasty Tandoori Gobi Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cupsblanched cauliflower florets
- 1 tbspoil
- 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 cupsliced onions
- 1/2 cupsliced capsicum
- saltto taste
To Be Mixed Into A Marinade
- 1 cupcurd (dahi)
- 1 tspgarlic (lehsun) paste
- 2 tspchili powder
- 2 tspbesan (bengal gram flour)
- 1/2 tspginger (adrak) paste
- 1 tspdried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- saltto taste
For The Garnish
- 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
Directions
- In a bowl add curd, garlic, chili powder, besan, ginger paste, kasoori methi and salt and mix it nicely.
- In a bowl add cauliflower florets and the curd mixture and mix it gently and cover with a lid and keep it aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
- Add the marinated cauliflower and a little salt, mix it well and cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it with parathas, roti or naans.
