Quick Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8eggs (boiled)
- 5 cupspotatoes boiled
- 1/2 cupcarrot shredded
- Pinch ofgreen bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 tsponion sliced
- 1 tsptomato sliced and remove pulp
- 1/4 tspof black pepper powder
- 4 Tbspmasala to taste
- Saltto taste
- Freshcilantro chopped
- FewMint leaves finely chopped
Directions
- Cut the boiled eggs into small halves and in a bowl add eggs, boiled potatoes, carrot and bell pepper.
- Add salt, pepper powder, cilantro, and mint and mix it very well.
- Transfer this to a serving bowl and garnish with slices/rings of onion and tomato.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve it.
Tips:
- This salad is extremely tasty whether you serve it as it is or little chill.
- If you do not like the egg yolk then you may remove it out.
- You may add thinly chopped green chilies to make the spicy egg salad.
Eggs are a very good source high-quality protein and the egg whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron, and copper.
