Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan, add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add prepared corn-moong dal mixture, ¼ cup of water, tomatoes, spinach and salt mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Add cornflour-water mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir continuously. Add lemon juice and pepper powder and mix it well. Serve it hot. Ingredients

  • 1 cupgrated sweet corn
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupshredded spinach (palak)
  • 1 tbspyellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped onions
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspcornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water

Directions
