Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 10min Ingredients: 2 cupsblanched and thinly sliced mushrooms (khumbh),2 tbspoil,2cardamoms,2bay leaves (tej patta),3cloves (laung / lavang),1/2 tspgaram masala,1/2 tspchili powder,1 tspfinely chopped ginger (adrak),1 tspfinely chopped green chilies,3/4 cupbeaten fresh curd (dahi),1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania),to tastesalt, For The Paste 1 cuproughly chopped onions,6garlic (lehsun) cloves,12 mm (1/2") pieceginger (adrak),10-15broken cashew nuts (kaju), Instructions: For the paste Add onions and 1 cup of water in a deep vessel and cook on a medium flame till the onions turn soft and keep it aside to cool slightly. In a blender add garlic, ginger and cashew nuts and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside. How to proceeda Heat oil in a kadhai, add cardamom, bay leaves, and cloves and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add blended paste and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garam masala, chili powder, ginger and green chilies, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add curd and mix it well and cook on a low flame for 1 minute and stir continuously. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsblanched and thinly sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2cardamoms
  • 2bay leaves (tej patta)
  • 3cloves (laung / lavang)
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspfinely chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1 tspfinely chopped green chilies
  • 3/4 cupbeaten fresh curd (dahi)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • to tastesalt

For The Paste

  • 12 mm (1/2") pieceginger (adrak)

Directions
