Add the chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp of water, mix it well and cook on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir continuously. Add the pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, green chillies and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir continuously. Add the paneer, salt and coriander and 1 tbsp of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Serve it with any Indian bread. Spicy and Tasty Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Paneer Bhurji is a delightful and a spicy paneer dish. It is made from paneer and spices. This dish can be very easily prepared in your home. It has a soft texture from paneer and spicy taste from the spices. This dish tastes best with any Indian bread and you can also roll them in plain roti and enjoy it. Try this protein rich paneer recipe.  

Ingredients

  • 1 cupcrumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
