Tasty Peanut Ladoo Recipe

Peanut Ladoo is an interesting ladoo recipe that you can eat as a snack in between meals. This ladoo is prepared with peanuts and jaggery. It is a traditional Indian sweet served during festivals. Let’s follow this tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupRaw Peanuts
- 3/4 cupPowdered Jaggery
- a generous pinchCardamom powder
- 2 tspGhee
Directions
- Measure 1 cup of raw peanuts and in a pan dry roast till the peanuts are nice brown in color and the outer skin starts to come out.
- Rub the peanuts with your hands and blow away the skin and this is the easy way to remove the skin.
- Now blend the peanuts in a mixer and It will be slightly coarse only and scrap the sides, add jaggery and then grind it again.
- Transfer this to a bowl, add cardamom powder and ghee and mix it well and see that they are no lumps formed.
- Shape them into small balls and serve as a snack.
Notes:
- Ghee is added just for flavor and even without ghee, the ladoos hold together with oil in peanuts.
- Sweetness should just be perfect but if you want more then add 1 cup of jaggery.
- If it hardens in the end for the last few balls then heat up the mixture for a minute, jaggery will melt then you can make balls
- If you want crunchy texture in your ladoo then grind it even more coarse.
