Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice, cooked
  • 1carrot, grated
  • 2 tspghee/ clarified butter
  • ½ tspmustard seeds
  • ½ tspjeera/ cumin seeds
  • fewcurry leaves
  • 10cashews, whole/ chopped

  • 2green chili, slit lengthwise

Directions
