Add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, sugar, green peas, and potatoes and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and salt and cook on a low flame till the gravy thickens.   • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 1/2 tspginger-green chili paste

  • 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 cupboiled fresh green peas
  • 1-1/2 cupspotatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
