Delicious and Tasty Keema Kofta Curry Recipe

Ingredients
For koftas
- 500 gramsMutton mince (keema)
- 3 tablespoonsFresh coriander leaves chopped
- 4Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoonRed chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
- Saltto taste
- Oilto deep fry
For gravy
- 5 tablespoonsOil
- 3 mediumOnions chopped
- 3Green chilies chopped
- 1 tablespoonGinger-garlic paste
- 2Cloves
- 1Black cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
- 1 cupFresh tomato puree
- 2 teaspoonsRed chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
- 2 teaspoonCoriander powder
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonFresh coriander leaves chopped
Directions
For the koftas
- Step1Squeeze the water from the keema and add coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well.
- Step2Make small round portions and deep fry the koftas till golden brown in color and set them aside.
- Step3Add mango pulp to the cream mixture and whisk well.
- Step4Pour the mixture into individual microwave-proof glasses.
- Step5Pour some water in a baking tray and place the glasses in the tray.
- Step6Put the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Step7Remove the tray from the oven and allow the yogurt to cool and come down to room temperature and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Step8Garnish with mango puree, mango pieces, and mint sprigs and serve chill.
For the gravy
- Step1Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cloves, black cardamom and cumin seeds and saute till onions turn golden brown in color.
- Step2Add fresh tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and saute till oil separates from the mixture.
- Step3Add one cup of water and cook for two to three minutes and add the fried koftas to the gravy and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step4Serve it hot with coconut rice.
