Indian Style Masala Macaroni Recipe
Indian Style Masala Macaroni is a one pot meal which is very easy to make and taste delicious. To make this recipe, all you need is some vegetables, Indian masala, and the macaroni. It is a perfect recipe when you are in no mood to cook. Let’s follow this yummy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupMacaroni
- Saltto taste
- 1 tbspOil
- 2 tspFinely Chopped Garlic (lehsun)
- 1 tspFinely Chopped Ginger (adrak)
- 1/2 cupFinely Chopped Onions
- 1 cupFinely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tspChili Powder
- 1Vegetarian Seasoning Cube
- 1/2 cupFinely Chopped Capsicum
- 2 tbspTomato Ketchup
Directions
- Step1Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add macaroni, salt and few drops of oil. Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approx. 8 minutes and drain the water from the macaroni and keep it aside.
- Step2Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Step3Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Step4Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, seasoning cube, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Step5Add capsicum, tomato ketchup, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Step6Add boiled macaroni, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and toss occasionally.
- Step7Serve Indian Style Masala Macaroni hot.
