Baked Alphonso Mango Yogurt Recipe
Baked Alphonso Mango Yogurt is an innovative twist to the plain yogurt with luscious mango flavor, the outcome is creamy that you will not realize that it is a low-calorie recipe. A simple dessert after work treat will be loved by all health conscious people.
Ingredients
- 1 cupCurd (Dahi)
- 1 cupFresh cream
- 1 cupCondensed milk
- 1 cupAlphonso mango pulp
For Garnishing
- 1/2 cupMango puree
- 4 tspMango chopped
- 4mint Leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk, and curd, whisk well till creamy.
- Add mango pulp to the cream mixture and whisk well.
- Pour the mixture into individual microwave-proof glasses.
- Pour some water in a baking tray and place the glasses in the tray.
- Put the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and allow the yogurt to cool and come down to room temperature and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Garnish with mango puree, mango pieces, and mint sprigs and serve chill.
Mango is rich in pre-bio tic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, and poly-phenolic flavonoid antioxidant compounds.
