Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is a quick veg sandwich recipe which can be made in minutes with just a few ingredients.This can be served for breakfast or brunch. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 12bread slices, lightly buttered
To Be Mixed Into A Filling
- 1 tablespoonmayonnaise ( easily available in market)
- 1 teaspoongrated carrot
- 1 teaspoonfinely chopped celery
- Saltfinely chopped capsicum
- Saltfinely chopped cabbage
- Saltchili sauce
- to tastesalt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
Directions
- In a bowl add mayonnaise, grated carrot, finely chopped celery, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage, chili sauce, salt and pepper and mix it nicely.
- Divide the filling into equal portions and keep it aside.
- Place a lightly buttered bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.
- Spread a portion of the prepared filling evenly over it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
- Cut each sandwich diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
- Serve it.
