Easy Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Chicken Fried Rice is an easy fried rice recipe using chicken. It tastes delicious with soft tender chunks of chicken. This is a very simple recipe. It is a one pot meal. Let’s follow this tasty and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 100 gramsBoneless Chicken Breast cut into thin strips
- 1 cupRice soaked
- 4 tablespoonsOil
- 2Spring onions finely chopped
- 3-4 clovesGarlic finely chopped
- 2Eggs whisked lightly
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
- 1/4 tablespoonMSG (easily available in market)
- 1/2 teaspoonWhite pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoonVinegar
Directions
- Cook rice in three cups of water until the rice is cooked and drain it well and keep aside to cool.
- Heat oil in a wok, add spring onions and garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add eggs and cook for half a minute and stir continuously.
- Add rice and salt and cook for a minute, stir and toss continuously.
- Add soya sauce, MSG, white pepper powder, and mix it thoroughly.
- Add vinegar, mix it well and serve it hot.
