Sweet Corn Sesame Toast Recipe

Sweet Corn Sesame Toast is a popular and quick breakfast recipe. This toast is loaded with corn and sesame seeds and it also a nutritious. This toast is easy to make and perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 8white bread slices
- 1 cupDark Brown Sugar
- 1 cupHeavy Cream
- 1 teaspoonFleur de sel (or another flaky sea salt)
- 1 tablespoonVanilla Extract
For The Vegetable Mixture
- 1potato boiled peeled and mashed
- 6 tbspchopped capsicum
- 2 tspginger (adrak) paste
- 4 tspchopped onions
- 1-1/2 tspchili paste
- 4 tspsoya sauce
- 7 tspsweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 6 tspcoriander (dhania) leaves
- 5 tspcornflour
- 1 tspwhite pepper powder
- Saltto taste
For Plain Flour Paste
- 1/4 cupplain flour (maida)
- wateras required
- oilfor deep frying
Other Ingredients
- 1/4 cuproasted sesame seeds (til)
Directions
h2>For the Plain Flour Batter
- In a bowl add plain flour and water and make a thick batter, keep it aside.
For the Vegetable Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potato, capsicum, ginger paste, onion, chili paste, sweet corn, white pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and mash it well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix it well and keep it aside.
How to Proceed
- Cut the sides of bread slices and spread a spoonful of prepared plain flour batter on bread slices.
- Spread 4 tsp of prepared vegetable mixture on it and sprinkle sesame seeds on it and pour a little plain flour batter.
- Heat oil in nonstick pan, deep fry the bread slices till golden brown in color from both the sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and cut in a triangle shape and serve it hot.
