Tasty Green Pea Waffles Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 largeboiled green peas
- 1 tspsemolina (rava)
- ¾ tspurad dal (split black lentil) flour
- 2low-fat curd(dahi)
- 2 mediumfinely chopped green chilies
- 2 tbspcrushed cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tbspasafoetida (hing)
- 2 tbspfruit salt
- 2 tbspoil
- 2 tbspto taste

- oilfor greasing
Directions
- Grind the green peas in a blender to a coarse paste and add semolina, urad dal flour, curd, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander, asafoetida, salt, oil and ¾ cup of water and mix it well to make a smooth batter.
- Add the fruit salt and mix it gently and preheat a waffle iron.
- Grease it lightly with a ½ teaspoon of oil and pour half of the green pea batter and spread evenly and cook for 2 minutes or until the waffle is golden brown in color.
- Serve it hot.
