Smoky Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Smoky Roasted Cauliflower is spiced with paprika. It can never be considered the boring vegetable again. This roasted can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish. This yummy, spicy roasted cauliflower is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 largecauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- ¾ tspsalt
- 2garlic cloves minced
- 2 mediumsalt
- 2 tbspolive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- In a bowl add cauliflower florets, smoked paprika, salt and olive oil and mix it well.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with minced garlic and gently it toss.
- Bake for 10-15 more minutes or until tender and nice brown in color.
- Serve it hot
Cauliflower is a very good source of dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, phosphorus, and biotin.
