In a pan, boil the milk until it is warm and switch off the flame and add sugar, salt, and 1tsp oil and stir well so that the sugar dissolves. Slowly add flour to make a smooth dough and add the beaten egg, dissolved yeast and knead well until the dough is smooth and keep it aside for 2 hours. Heat 2tbsp oil in a frying pan and saute the onions till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala and cumin seeds powder and mix it well. Add shredded chicken and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside. Now knead the dough for a few seconds after storing it for 2 hours and divide the dough into equal portions. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Flatten the dough and add the chicken stuffing and roll it into a ball again and sprinkle sesame seeds and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes. Bake the stuffed chicken buns in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes and keep checking at intervals to allow even baking.
