Tasty Pineapple Pudding Recipe

The Pineapple Pudding is a fabulous dessert with a sweet flavor. It is also quite easy to make. This pudding has a natural, tongue tickling flavor of pineapple which is very appealing. It has a super soft texture and tastes best when it is chill. Let’s follow this tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2liter Milk
- 3large sized Pineapples, chopped
- 2 cupsPowdered Sugar
- 3piece of Agar-Agar/China Grass( easily available at the market)
- 1 tbspVanilla essence
- 2Eggs
- 3 tbspButter
- 15-20Cashew nuts, chopped (kaju)
- 2 tbspChopped Cherries
- 1/2 cupWater
Directions
- In a vessel boil milk and stir constantly and cook for ½ an hour.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and when the milk is cool add the beaten egg and mix it thoroughly. ( you can also use a blender to blend it.)
- In a bowl soak china grass and dissolve in hot water.
- In milk- egg mixture add 1cup sugar, vanilla essence, and dissolved china grass and keep it aside.
- In a kadhai, heat butter add chopped pineapple and stir it until it is cooked well then add sugar and remove from flame.
- Take the pudding mold grease it and slowly spread the cooked pineapple evenly.
- Pour the milk-egg mixture over it carefully so that the pineapple layer settle down below it.
- Keep in refrigerator until pudding is done and remove from the refrigerator
- decorate it with chopped cashew nuts and cherries.
Pineapples are a good source of potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta-carotene, thiamine, B6, and folate.
