Cover it with a lid and cook for 15 minutes or cook until the water has been absorbed by the rice. Turn off the flame.( Note The rice should not be overcooked, has to be 90% cooked) and keep it aside to cool. Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic, spring onions, carrots and cabbage and stir fry on high flame for a few minutes. Add the chilies and saute for a few more minutes and add the soya sauce, coriander leaves, salt and the cooked rice and mix it well. Directions
