Crunchy Golden Fried Baby Corn Recipe
Crunchy and tasty these Golden Fried Baby Corns are the sight to behold. It is easy to prepare and kids will love to have it after the school and also adults would enjoy it. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 6Baby Corns
- 2 tbspCornflour
- 2 tbspPlain flour (maida)
- 1 tspOil
- 1/4 tspBaking Powder
- A pinchof Ajinomoto
- Salt & Pepperto taste
- oilfor frying
Directions
- Cut the baby corn into three juliennes each.
- In a bowl add corn flour, flour, oil, baking powder, ajinomoto, salt and pepper and mix it well.
- Add enough water to a make smooth paste and beat it well and the batter should be thick.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and dip the baby corn in the batter and fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
Health benefits of baby corn includes controlling diabetes, prevention of heart ailments, lowering hypertension and prevention of neural-tube defects at birth.
