Easy Cottage Cheese Cutlet Recipe
This Cottage Cheese Cutlet is mostly made for the kids for an evening snack. This delicious recipe is a must try appetizer in any party. This rich in protein recipe is crispy and a wonderful starter for any special occasion. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupBoiled and Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cupGrated Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbspChopped Coriander (dhania)
- 4 to 6Green Chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cupChopped Onions
- 1 cupCabbage, finely chopped
- 3Bread slices
- Saltto taste
Other ingredients
- 1 cupPlain Flour (maida)
- BreadCrumbs
- Oilfor deep-frying
Directions
- Soak the bread slices in water for 2 minutes and then squeeze out the water from the bread slices.
- In a bowl add potatoes, cheese, coriander, chilies, onions, cabbage, bread slices and salt and mix it well and shape into cutlets.
- Mix the flour in 1 cup of water to make a smooth batter and put the bread crumbs on the plate and put aside.
- Dip the cutlets in the flour batter and roll it with bread crumbs
- Deep fry the cutlets in the oil, drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside.
- Just before you wish to serve, grill them over a charcoal or electric barbecue.
- Serve hot with the sauce.
