Healthy Breakfast Muesli Recipe

This Healthy Muesli recipe will change your mornings. Your breakfast will just become easier, faster and more satisfying. This healthy breakfast recipe is full of protein, omega- 3, and fiber to regulate blood sugar and to keep you healthy. The best part about muesli is that you can customize it according to your taste and dietary needs.
Ingredients
- 1 cupquick cooking rolled oats
- 15-20walnuts, chopped (akhrot)
- 15-20almonds, chopped (badam)
- 1/4 tspvanilla essence
- 15-20raisins (kismis)
For Serving
- 3 cupschilled low-fat milk, 99.7% fat-free
- 1 cupapples (unpeeled)
- 1 cupsliced bananas
- 3 tspsugar
Directions
- Lightly roast oats, walnuts and almonds in a non-stick pan on a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes and stir continuously.
- Cool completely, add the vanilla essence and raisins and mix it well.
- Store in an air-tight container.
For serving,
- Place ¼Th of the muesli mixture in a bowl, add ¼ cup of chopped apples, ¼ cup of sliced banana and ¾ tsp of sugar.
- Pour ¾ cup of milk over it and mix it well.
- Serve it.
