Mixed Vegetable and Fruit Juice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cupsraw yellow pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 2apples, cored and chopped
- 1carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1pinch of salt
- juicefrom one lemon
Directions
- First peel and chopped carrot, pumpkin and apples.
- Add all the chopped raw fruits and vegetables into the juicer.
- Do the extraction without adding any water.
- Add water into the juicer and extract more juice from the pulp that is remaining in the juicer.
- Add salt and lemon and adjust according to your taste and you can also add water to adjust the consistency of the juice.
- Serve the Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Juice chilled by adding ice or as it is to instant boost of nutrients and energy.
