Tasty Dry Fruits Kheer Recipe
Dry Fruits Kheer is a very tasty Indian kheer recipe. You can make this kheer whenever you like. In dry fruits kheer grains and rice are not used, hence you can eat it on fasting days. It is delicious kheer recipe. Try this kheer this Ram Navami.
Ingredients
- 10Pieces of almond, soaked separately in a bowl
- 10Pieces of cashew, soaked separately in a bowl
- 10Pieces of pista (pistachios), soaked separately in a bowl
- 1 tbspKhuskhus(poppy seeds), soaked separately in a bowl
- 1 Litermilk
- 1-1/4 Cupsugar or as per taste
- Very littlesaffron, soaked in warm milk
Directions
- Peel the skin off the almonds and pistachios and in a blender add almond, pistachios, cashew, and poppy seeds and blend into a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- In a vessel pour milk and boil the milk until the milk reduced to 3/4 of its quantity.
- Add the blended paste to the boiled milk and again boil until it the paste gets mix well with the milk.
- Cook on a low flame and add sugar and stir constantly until the sugar gets dissolved.
- Switch off the flame and finally add soaked saffron.
- Cool it and serve it.
